Would you like to work for us?

To use your skills and passion for mental health and make a difference to the lives of people in West Sussex, you can check out our current vacancies.

We understand the benefits of a mentally healthy workplace and offer all staff working for Coastal West Sussex Mind 25 days' annual leave and up to eight paid public holidays, a workplace pension scheme along with enhanced sick pay, compassionate leave and carers leave for those who have worked with us a bit longer.

Staff well-being is a high priority. We encourage staff to look after their mental health and have an employee assistance programme where staff can access a 24-hour confidential advice line, face-to-face support and well-being information online.
