Mental health courses
At Coastal West Sussex Mind we run an extensive external training programme for organisations to increase knowledge and awareness about mental health.
We offer a number of courses, covering everything from Mental Health Awareness to Counselling Skills, from Youth Mental Health First Aid to Wellbeing in the Workplace.
We can also design bespoke mental health courses to suit your needs. All our courses are affordable and flexible enough to be tailored so that they are relevant to your workforce and customers.

If you are experiencing mental health problems, or are a carer for someone who is, call us on 01903 277000 or email info@coastalwestsussexmind.org and we can offer advice and information about service and support available.

In West Sussex you can get advice and support from Carers Support: Call them on 0300 028 8888
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 9am-7pm on Wednesdays and 10am-12pm on Saturdays.
Crisis support
If you are feeling suicidal or in crisis, the best thing is to talk. Speak to somebody you trust or contact a service which can offer you support. If you think that somebody that you know might be suicidal â ask them.

You can contact your GP or call the NHS 111 number to access specialist mental health telephone or face-to-face support. If you are known to mental health services and need urgent mental health support, you can contact your care co-ordinator.
