Getting together with friends, family and neighbours or taking on a personal challenge is a great way to support us - and it feels good too. There are so many ways you can raise funds towards our work. The only limit on what you do is your imagination. (Please note that we are a separate charity to national Mind so any donations to them will not come to us.)
So why not organise your own activity? From cycles, zumbathons and tournaments to community events such as musical showcases, craft stalls, sponsored walks and cake sales, the options are endless.
Whether you're taking part in an organised event, setting up a page in support or in memory of someone, putting on your own activity or raising money to mark a special occasion, our Community fund-raising and communications manager, Debbie Watkins, is here to help you make it a success.
You can give our community fundraising manager, Debbie Watkins a call on 01903 277000 for a chat about your ideas, or if you are ready to register your event, click on the appropriate link below to start fundraising through virgin money giving.
