Vacancy for a Trustee with finance experience 

Coastal West Sussex Mind is a local Charity affiliated to but independent from National Mind.  Currently we provide:  

  • training and other work to raise awareness and tackle stigma and discrimination across West Sussex,  

  • recovery focused support (1:1, group, drop-in & peer support) to adults and young adults with mental health needs around Adur Worthing, Arun and Midhurst areas of West Sussex,  

  • social support to older adults with mental health needs in Bognor, Chichester & Midhurst areas  

  • post-natal support service in Adur, Arun and Worthing  

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become a Trustee who has a background and interest in finance. You will have a financial qualification or experience of finance within the charity sector and the ability to work with varying levels of financial knowledge and skills. As a trustee you will help us to oversee and develop the work of the Charity, engage with the Community and also to assure the quality of what we are doing. Please note that a trustee is a volunteer role and is not paid.
