Chanctonbury Service Manager

Full-time - Salary: £30,603 -  £32,643

Coastal West Sussex Mind is a local mental health charity committed to raising awareness around and providing high quality support for people who have mental health problems. We are working alongside other organisations within the Pathfinder West Sussex Alliance to enable people with mental health support needs and their carers to improve their mental health and wellbeing.  CWSX Mind is now leading the development and delivery of a new Pathfinder service across the rural Chanctonbury area of West Sussex.  

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys the challenges and rewards of developing and leading a new and much needed service and is committed to recovery focused and person-centred mental health care.   

The successful candidate will need to have significant experience of working with people with mental health problems and be a confident supervisor and leader of staff who either already has experience of or has the potential to develop skills as a manager of mental health services. They will also need to have proven skills, knowledge and abilities around developing and maintaining effective partnerships with other agencies as well as experience and skills around developing and transforming services.

Successful applicants must have a full UK driving licence and an independent means of transport in order to fulfil the role (Mileage will be paid for travel).
