Littlehampton support hub services 

If you need support with your mental health, our Littlehampton support hub can offer you: 

  • Advice and information about your mental health and about other services in the local area that can help you  
  • one-to-one support to set goals, review your progress and discuss any issues you are dealing with 
  • Regular drop-in sessions which give you the opportunity to get advice from a member of staff, to socialise with other service users in an informal atmosphere and get involved in activities. Drop-ins are currently available to our service users, here is our current Littlehampton Drop-in Programme
  • A learning and development programme led by staff and trained peer mentors. Sessions will help you achieve your goals around improving mental and physical well-being and support your personal development. Here you can find our current Course Programme
  • A social activities programme with informal leisure opportunities to promote your physical and mental well-being, led by staff, users and supporters. Here is our latest Activities Programme
  • Access to a peer mentor. You can find out more about peer mentoring here

Pathfinder West Sussex is an alliance of organisations working together to enable people with mental health support needs, and their carers, to improve their mental health and wellbeing.  Pathfinder West Sussex includes the following organisations Sussex Partnership Foundation NHS Trust, Cornerhouse, Stonepillow, United Response, Richmond Fellowship, Southdown, Sussex Oakleaf, Rethink, Capital, & Mind in Brighton & Hove
