Flipping fun at Littlehampton Pancake Olympics raises funds for Coastal West Sussex Mind

Four flipping fantastic volunteers entered the Littlehampton Pancake Olympics this year - the first time Coastal West Sussex Mind has been represented at the event.

Lola Watkins, 17, and Katie Borg, 17, were joined by Sussex Parnership NHS Foundation Trust's Chris Corbett and CWSX Mind's Debbie Watkins for the pancake games.

Armed with frying pans, they competed in the curling, relay race and flipping contest and raised money to help fund support services for local people with mental health issues.

Debbie said: "A big thank you to everyone who sponsored us and turned out in the cold to support us. We didn't win but are hoping for batter luck next time."
